How can I add new bank cards to my account?

You can always add more bank cards to your KenoGO account.
To do this, when you go to make your next deposit, enter the amount you would like to deposit, click on 'Add new payment method', enter the details and deposit the funds. After the deposit has been made, the new card will be saved to your account.

Can I remove my bank card details from my KenoGO account?

If you would like to remove registered card details, you can contact customer service who will be able to remove the card for you.

Can I edit my registered bank card details?

If you would like to change details on a registered card you can either void the card and add it again when making a deposit, or contact customer service who may be able to update the details for you.
