How do I receive my winnings?

You are able to withdraw your winnings to your bank account by signing into your account and choosing ‘Withdraw’ from the menu (or 'Account' in the app). Simply choose the amount you wish to withdraw and then press the ‘Withdraw’ button.

If you do not have any details saved on your account, you will be asked to enter your Account Holder name, BSB and account number & click 'Confirm'. Once you have added your details, choose the amount you wish to withdraw and then press the ‘Withdraw’ button.

Can I view the withdrawal details of my winnings?

You can view your withdrawal at any time. Sign in to your account and choose 'Transactions' from the menu. The money is transferred to your bank account within one working day (although note that it may take longer for the money to reach some banks).

Can the win be used to purchase future tickets?

Yes. When purchasing a ticket, KenoGO will always use the funds you deposited first. If this balance does not cover the cost of the ticket then we use your withdrawable balance (winnings).

Any remaining payment will then be requested from your registered bank card or you will be prompted to add funds.
