Where can I view the amount I won?

All wins will be credited to your KenoGO account balance once KenoGO has confirmed all prize tier payouts.
To view your win, please sign in to your account and choose 'Transactions' from the menu (or 'Account' in the app).

Can I purchase further KenoGO tickets with the win or do I need to withdraw the winnings back to my bank account?

You can claim your win back to your bank account if you wish. Alternatively, the win can be used to purchase further KenoGO tickets.

When purchasing a ticket, KenoGO will always use your deposited balance for payment first. If this balance does not cover the cost, then we use your withdrawable balance (winnings).

If the available balance does not cover the full cost, you will need to deposit funds.
